LeFrak has unveiled two model apartments at their new luxury rental building Ellipse in Newport, NJ, which have been designed by Arquitectonica’s New York-based office. This is the first peek inside the highly anticipated building.
In addition to designing the models, Arquitectonica is the architect behind the building’s striking exterior, which was produced by the company's New York office. Ellipse is the acclaimed firm's first project in Jersey City.
The two model residences, Residence 1101, a one-bedroom/one-bath, and Residence 1105, a two-bedroom/two-bath, are both located on the 11th floor and offer unobstructed, sweeping views of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline.
The approximately 825-square-foot one-bedroom/one-bath model home is bathed in sunlight from oversized, southeast and southwest-facing floor-to-ceiling windows, which offer striking water and city views from every room. It also includes a spacious eat-in kitchen that opens to a sizable living room, and a spacious bedroom that has two large closets.
At over 1,200-square-feet, the two-bedroom/two-bath model home features northeast and northwest-facing views of the water and city skyline through floor-to-ceiling windows in every room that flood the residence with natural light. Its expansive living space includes a dining area and is open to a beautiful kitchen with an eat-in island counter. The first spacious bedroom features a luxurious ensuite bath with double sinks as well as a walk-in closet. The second generous bedroom includes a large closet.
The interiors of both residences are well-appointed with top-of-the-line fixtures and materials including oak plank hardwood floors, two-tone kitchen cabinetry, state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, abundant close space, in-unit washer/dryers, as well as premium finishes and fixtures throughout.
Ellipse is a 41-story luxury rental tower in Jersey City’s thriving Newport neighborhood on the Hudson River. The building features 381 luxurious residences ranging from spacious studios to three-bedroom homes, as well as five distinctive penthouse apartments, including two unique four-bedroom homes. Ellipse will offer an extensive amenity and service package, designed to cater to every need. The 24,000 square feet of amenity space begins in the striking two-level lobby, attended to by a 24-hour doorman. Residents who work from home will benefit from the co-working space, while those looking to relax and socialize can enjoy the multipurpose lounge and game room. Fitness never felt so good with a state-of-the-art gym boasting sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline. Kids are also catered to at Ellipse, which offers a fully equipped children’s playroom. A premiere amenity at Ellipse will be the expansive outdoor pool and terrace with a barbecue area and fire pit situated above the adjacent parking garage.
The Ellipse leasing office is located at 45 Park Lane South in Jersey City and LeFrak will be handling leasing in-house. Prices start at $2,675/month for studios with occupancy slated for Summer 2017. For more information, please call www.ellipsejc.com.
