
RFR today announced a 10-year, 10,000-square-foot lease agreement with CVS Pharmacy at Wellington Tower, a luxury condominium residence located at 350 East 82nd Streetin Manhattan’s Upper East Side neighborhood. RFR currently owns and operates the +/-32,000-square-foot retail portion at the base of the building.
CVS Pharmacy is America’s leading retail pharmacy with over 9,700 locations. It is the first national pharmacy to end the sale of tobacco and the first pharmacy in the nation to receive the Community Pharmacy accreditation from URAC, the leading health care accreditation organization that establishes quality standards for the health care industry. CVS Pharmacy is reinventing its pharmacy to help people on their path to better health by providing the most accessible and personalized expertise.

The retail at Wellington Tower is 100% leased.
