Fisher Brothers hosted more than 250 of New York City’s top brokers for a Summer Kickoff event at 1345 Avenue of the Americas, its iconic Central Park District office tower. The event showcased the $65 million renovation program Fisher Brothers is undertaking at the 50-story, two-million square foot building.

Fisher Brothers Partner Winston Fisher addressed the attendees with descriptions of the building upgrades, which include transforming the outdoor space with a new plaza and landscaping program; creating a more welcoming lobby and dynamic entry to the building; modernizing and redesigning the elevators; and upgrading all HVAC and security systems.

“Our goal with the plaza redesign and landscaping program is to extend the openness, light and natural beauty of Central Park down the Sixth Avenue corridor and up through the entrance of our building,” said Mr. Fisher. He went on to explain Fisher Brothers’ outlook for the property. “We are able to make these major investments because we are committed to owning and operating 1345 for the long-run. Just as importantly, we have complete faith in the future of this incredible neighborhood,” he added.

In addition to the renovation program, Fisher Brothers will be expanding the building’s amenities, with a brand new conference space, state-of-the-art fitness facility, stylish lounge area, and grab-and-go food concept planned for the concourse level of the tower.

Fisher Brothers appointed JLL as the exclusive leasing agent for 1345 Avenue of the Americas. In conjunction with the Fisher Brothers leasing team, JLL is currently marketing over 169,000 rentable square feet of office space across four contiguous floors at the building.
