Leading Harlem-based brokerage arranges free open-to-the-public workshop at La Maison d’Art, 259 West 132nd Street, seventh in monthly real estate series,
Bohemia Realty Group, the premier residential and commercial, sales and leasing brokerage in Upper Manhattan and the Bronx, will host the seventh workshop in its monthly series on Wednesday July 26, 7- to 8 p.m., at La Maison d’Art, 259 West 132nd Street. Entitled “The Ins and Outs of Starting Your Own Business Uptown,” the event is open to the public at no charge and will feature guest experts Rafael Roger of Business Initiative Corporation of New York and Ariel Dybner of Dybner & Dybner. Moderating the conversation will be Head of Commercial Leasing at Bohemia Realty Group, Nadine Nassar.
“Starting your own business might be daunting at first but watching your vision of a community gathering place come to fruition is beyond rewarding,” explains Sarah Saltzberg, co-founding principal of the real estate brokerage, making her a Harlem small business owner. “Building a business is a huge undertaking but Rafael and Ariel will help guests to feel more confident about the process by offering insider advice on starting a Harlem small business.”

The next free workshop in the series, "Affordable Housing-Housing Lotteries and the HDFC Coalition," is planned for Wednesday, August 23 and will also be held at private art gallery La Maison d’Art.
