Baird Appoints Anne-Marie Peterson as MD

Baird, an employee-owned, international financial services firm, today announced that Anne-Marie Peterson has joined the firm’s Global Investment Banking business as a Managing Director on its Global Debt Advisory Team. As a senior member of Baird’s growing, global debt advisory practice, Peterson will provide focused advisory services to assist clients with M&A financings on buy and sell-side deals, refinancings and dividend recapitalizations. She will be based out of Baird’s New York City office.

Peterson comes to Baird with more than 15 years of corporate finance and advisory experience. Most recently, she was a Managing Director in the leveraged finance group of KeyBanc Capital Markets where she advised middle market financial sponsors on new LBO financings, refinancings and sell-side financings. Prior to that, Peterson worked at Credit Suisse Securities in the financial sponsors group where she executed more than 50 transactions with a market value of nearly $50B. She also held other investment banking roles at Lehman Brothers, Deutsche Bank and Bear Stearns. Peterson received her bachelor’s degree from Trinity College and her MBA from Columbia Business School at Columbia University.
