Nearly 200 guests came together to tour the space and enjoy bites from neighborhood favorites – Craft, Midwinter Kitchen, Union Square Café and Paul & Jimmy’s Restaurant. Each restaurant was stationed in one of the four model kitchens where their chefs and representatives served up delicacies such as Farm Empanadas and Foie Gras Torchon with Mutsu Apple & Smoked Maple Syrup. The event played a significant role in highlighting the development’s variety of incredible kitchen designs, which will feature top quality materials and finishes - all by Italy-based Canova.
Gramercy Square, developed by The Chetrit Group and Clipper Equity, is a full-service luxury condominium collection that will consist of 223 residences in the heart of Gramercy Park.
