Cushman & Wakefield Arranges 6,939-Square-Foot Lease Renewal at One Pennsylvania Plaza

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has arranged a 5-year, 6,939-square-foot lease renewal for Logicalis at One Pennsylvania Plaza.

A Cushman & Wakefield team consisting of Yarden Drimmer, Matthew Fisher, Justin Lerner, and Conor Golden brokered the transaction on behalf of the Tenant.

Logicalis, an international IT solutions and managed services provider, will continue to occupy part of the property’s 51st floor as its New York City office. Totaling over 2.7 million-square-feet and 57 floors, One Pennsylvania Plaza offers tenants expansive views of New York City and 24-hour security and key card access. Additional tenants include Citigroup and Cisco Systems.

Located on 7th and 8th Avenues between 33rd and 34th Street, One Pennsylvania Plaza offers direct access to Penn Station and is walking distance from the 34 St-Herald Square subway station. The property is also situated nearby popular retail, dining and entertainment options including Macy’s Herald Square and Madison Square Garden.
