Kamber Management Announces Approximately 10,000 SF Of New Office Leases At Tower 45

Kamber Management Company, a New York City-based owner and operator of commercial real estate, announced it has signed approximately 10,000 square feet of new office leases at Tower 45, a modern Class A office building in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. The 458,446-square-foot office tower was acquired by Kamber Management Company in September 2015. Steven Levy of Kamber Management Company and Mitti Liebersohn of Avison Young represented ownership in the transactions.

New leases Tower 45 include the following:

Hedge fund StackLine Partners signed a three year lease for 4,394 square feet on the 23rd Floor. StackLine Partners was represented by Stephen Gordon at Newmark Knight Frank in the transaction.

Donohoe Talbert, a family law and commercial litigation firm, signed a ten year lease for 4,725 square feet on the 19th floor. Donohoe Talbert was represented by Barry Spagna at Cresa in the transaction.

Since acquiring 120 West 45th Street in September 2015, Kamber Management Company has invested in a multimillion-dollar capital improvements program that will focus on building infrastructure and reimagining common areas, as well as a reimagined atrium and lobby. Most recently, Kamber Management has engaged renowned architecture firm Pei Cobb Freed & Partners to design select new improvements at Tower 45. The office building has customized pre-built suite spaces ranging from 1,500 to 6,500 square feet, as well as full floors of approximately 10,000 to 13,000 square feet, which are also available.
