Jan. 22: NAIOP NJ to Host Annual Meeting and Commercial Real Estate Outlook

How will federal tax reform and New Jersey’s new administration impact the economy and commercial real estate? Can industrial maintain its momentum? What’s on the horizon for the office, retail and multi-family markets? These questions and more will be addressed on Monday, January 22, 2018, when industry leaders will share their insights on opportunities and challenges in 2018 at NAIOP New Jersey’s Annual Meeting and Commercial Real Estate Outlook. The first big CRE networking event of the year will be held at the Short Hills Hilton in Short Hills, N.J.

The program will feature CBRE Head of Research Spencer Levy, who will deliver a dynamic keynote on the outlook for commercial real estate markets and the overall economy in 2018. NAIOP President Tom Bisacquino will share insights on federal tax reform efforts as well as trends across the country, the CRE industry and NAIOP’s membership. An interactive discussion on the state, regional and national outlook for the year ahead will follow. Also on the evening's agenda is the election of the real estate development association’s 2018 officers and trustees, led by NAIOP NJ President Dave Gibbons of Elberon Development Group.
