Howard Epstein, Director/Leasing, arranges lease at 16 West 36th Street, more than doubling offices of women’s apparel wholesaler in same building
Howard Epstein, Director/Leasing, HSP Real Estate Group, a member of NAI Global, has arranged a new lease for Central Apparel Group, Ltd. at 16 West 36th Street, between Fifth and Sixth Avenues. The women’s international wholesale and manufacturing company will be moving within the building from its current 978-square-foot offices on the 12th floor to more than twice the space with 2,096 square feet on the fifth floor.
“This location in the heart of the Fashion District is ideal for an active business such as Central Apparel Group,” points out Mr. Epstein. “The company was rapidly outgrowing its original space and the new office enables it to stay in the same well-located building with room to accommodate continued growth.”
Conveniently close to the B, D, F, M, N, Q, R and W subway lines, 16 West 36th Street is in the epicenter of Manhattan’s Fashion District. Mr. Epstein represented both the tenant and landlord, Kiamie Industries Inc., for the five-year lease. Central Apparel Group, Ltd. will take occupancy of its new offices on April 1, 2018. The asking rent was $48-per-square-foot.
