Good morning, everyone, and thanks for joining us to present our results for the fourth quarter and year-end 2017. Joining me on the call today is Luis Massiani, our Chief Financial Officer.
Let me start by saying how pleased we are with the manner in which our acquisition of Astoria early in the quarter has progressed and the resounding financial outcomes that we will describe today.
