Bohemia Realty Group, the premier residential and commercial, sales and leasing brokerage in Upper Manhattan and the Bronx, will host the 2018 debut of its monthly series on Wednesday, February 28, 7- to 8 p.m., at their office at 2101 Frederick Douglass Blvd. Entitled “Financial Planning When You’re Freelance,” the event is open to the public at no charge and will feature guest expert Christopher Michelsen, financial advisor at UBS Financial Services, Inc. Moderating the conversation will be Bohemia Realty Group’s Amy Le Blanc.

“Financial planning is complex with a number of variables that change often throughout a person’s life,” explains Sarah Saltzberg, co-founding principal of the real estate brokerage. “This process can be even more difficult for freelancers without a steady income. Fortunately, Christopher will help workshop attendees feel confident in creating their own budgeting models.”
