The Chicago office of Duke Realty Corporation (Duke Realty), the nation’s leading pure-play, domestic-only, industrial property REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust), announces that it recently signed a 75,232-square-foot lease with Velky Brands, a national e-commerce retailer, in 56 N. Paragon in Romeoville. With this lease, the 150,000-square-foot industrial building, which was developed on a speculative basis and delivered in July 2017, is 50 percent leased.
