On the heels of its official topping out this Fall, Waterline Square—the three-tower residential mega-developmentdesigned by Richard Meier & Partners Architects, Rafael Viñoly Architects, and Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates —has been recognized as the city’s fastest-selling new development by dollar volume and by the number of units sold in 2017. The highly anticipated development today announces 53 contracts signed, totaling approximately $200 million within the first six months of sales.
