Fried Frank Elects Nathaniel Lifschitz as Partner in the Real Estate Department

Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP announced today that it has elected Nathaniel Lifschitz as partner in the Real Estate Department. His new role will become effective March 1, 2018.

Mr. Lifschitz counsels financial institutions, owners, developers, and domestic and offshore investors in a broad range of highly-complex commercial real estate transactions, including representing both borrowers and lenders on debt and equity financing arrangements including mortgage, mezzanine, and construction financings, portfolio loans, preferred equity, and joint ventures. He received his JD from George Washington University Law School and BA, magna cum laude, from Yeshiva University.
