WHAT: In advance of the first public hearing on the proposed plan to update Harlem’s Lenox Terrace, representatives of The Olnick Organization – the property’s owner –willhold an on-background briefing for media on the scope of the environmental review. The team will provide topline information on the proposed plan, outline the review process and detail what will be included as part of the scope of the environmental review.
