Colliers International recently won an assignment to act as leasing agent for the available space at 90 John Street in Downtown Manhattan. The firm’s David Tricarico, Jedd Horn and Robert Gallucci will market approximately 28,600 square feet at the building, located at the intersection of Gold Street.
The majority of the available space is located on the ground floor (3,300 square feet), mezzanine level (5,300 square feet), and second floor (20,465 rentable square feet). Crunch gym and a telecom tenant formerly occupied those units, which will be ready in the second quarter of this year. The spaces can be leased individually or optimally, as a single unit ideal for non-traditional commercial tenants or creative users in the medical, educational, technology, fashion, cultural or other fields. The second floor can also accommodate an office user. Another 6,610 rentable square feet of office space is available on the fifth floor, with smaller units on the third and eighth floors.
90 John Street is located steps from the new Fulton Transit Center in the center of a surging live/work/play neighborhood — a significant driver for retailers looking to tap heavy foot traffic from residents, workers, tourists and others, or for other organizations seeking a branding opportunity along a major Downtown corridor. The South Street Seaport is also within walking distance, providing entertainment, dining, shopping and other amenities to 90 John Street tenants, and bringing even more potential customers to the area that 90 John Street tenants can leverage.
