Broadway Construction Group Celebrates Topping Out of 810 Fulton Street in Brooklyn

RXR’s 393,000-square-foot, mixed-use project will feature 363 residences, 33,000 square feet of retail space

Broadway Construction Group and RXR Realty celebrated the topping out of 810 Fulton Street, RXR’s 12-story, 393,000-square-foot residential and retail property in the Fort Greene section of Brooklyn. The ceremony was held at the construction site and featured speeches from executives of Broadway Construction Group and RXR, followed by a celebratory luncheon at the adjacent 470 Vanderbilt Avenue.

When completed in 2019, 810 Fulton Street will be one of the most dynamic mixed-use properties in Northern Brooklyn, with 363 apartments, 163 parking spaces and a full amenity suite to accompany the building’s 33,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.

“As we work alongside RXR to bring the vision of 810 Fulton to a reality, we’re very pleased that we were able to complete construction on schedule despite the adverse weather conditions this winter,” said Broadway Construction Group Vice President Everard Martin. “It is particularly gratifying to reach this milestone on a project like 810 Fulton, which will bring much-needed housing to Fort Greene and contribute to the area’s revitalization. We’re actively looking to expand our activity on trend-setting commercial and residential properties like this, which can have such an outsized impact on the growth of a local community.”

The 810 Fulton Street property is situated near a diverse array of nightlife, shopping, and dining establishments. The area has been enhanced significantly in recent years, with a range of new developments, including the Barclays Center and the adjoining Pacific Park mixed-use project.
