HSP’s Todd Korren and Albert Wu Lease Partial Floor To Financial Services Firm at 28 West 36th Street
Todd Korren, Executive Vice President/Leasing, and Albert Wu, Director/Leasing of HSP Real Estate Group, a member of NAI Global, have arranged a 10-year lease on behalf of the ownership of 28 West 36th Street with DePaula & Clark, an accounting and financial services firm. The tenant will be relocating from 30 West 22nd Street and expanding into a 2,700-square-foot, partial fourth floor space in February 2018.
“This is a move that positions DePaula & Clark in a much more visible location than its previous office,” points out Mr. Korren. “The firm will be in the heart of Midtown, closer to public transportation, retail, dining and unlimited services.”
Adds Mr. Wu, “The transaction was exceptionally fluid, with all parties working well together. It was a fast-paced negotiation and they will be able to quickly take possession of a fully built-out space.”
Messrs. Korren and Wu are the exclusive agents for the landlord, 28-32 Herald Properties, LLC. The tenant was represented by Waite Buckley, of Vicus Partners, LLC. The asking price was $48-per-square-foot.
