Greystone Real Estate Advisors announced the sales of three senior living communities. Cody Tremper and Mike Garbers of Greystone advised the seller in each separate transaction.
The transactions, which closed in late 2017, include:
· Storey Oaks of Tulsa, a 38-unit/66-bed memory care community in Tulsa, Oklahoma; a joint venture between a public REIT and a national operator purchased the community from a private equity group;
· Wood Glen Court, a 72-unit/78-bed assisted living community in Spring, Texas; a joint venture between an institutional private equity group and a privately-owned developer/operator purchased the community from a Texas-based developer; and
· The Springs of Vernon Hills, a 70-unit/70-bed memory care community in Vernon Hills, Illinois; a national owner/operator, who was currently operating the community, purchased the community from the development partner.
