NKF Appoints Susan Wojciechowski as Global Head of Facilities Management and Business Integration of Global Corporate Services

Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) is pleased to announce that it has hired Susan Wojciechowski as the Global Head of Facilities Management and Business Integration, Global Corporate Services (GCS). In her new role, Ms. Wojciechowski will focus on global service line strategy and growth, platform development, partnership formulation and will play a key role in business integration supporting occupier clients for GCS.

Ms. Wojciechowski has more than 25 years of global real estate services and full-service outsourcing experience. Her experience includes business unit leadership and growth, platform development, and the formulation and negotiation of complex contract structures. She was a core architect in the successful sale of the Johnson Controls GWS business unit, the largest acquisition in the real estate services industry.

Prior to joining NKF, Ms. Wojciechowski has held global senior leadership roles at CBRE, Johnson Controls, and Trammell Crow Company. Most recently, as Managing Principal & President, Susan reignited Outsource Partner Advisory Services (OPAS), a company she formed in 2008 which provides real estate commercial investment and portfolio sales inclusive of debt and equity placement services for private and institutional investors.
