The Lower East Side has a new addition to its skyline with the topping out of 150 Rivington, the boutique luxury residence by Cogswell Lee Development. With construction and design by Gluck +, the building now stands 7 stories tall.

The project will yield 45 new condominiums, each averaging 1,054 square feet. To date, 40% of the units have sold, leaving 27 on the market. Stribling Marketing Associates is leading sales. Prices start at $1 million for one-bedroom units, with three-bedroom units starting at $2.7 million. Four penthouse units each boast private outdoor terraces with views of the city skyline. The building is crowned by a communal outdoor terrace on the rooftop.

150 Rivington is sited atop the former Streit’s Matzo Factory, located just three blocks away from the Delancey-Essex Street Subway Station. The project is expected to be completed in 2018.
