Tribeca Associates is pleased to announce the completion of its amenity floor and new prebuilts at 30 Broad Street, part of the overall repositioning of this 47-story office tower in Manhattan’s financial district, as well as the closing of several new leases at the property since the start of the year.

New Amenities for Modern Office Users

The new amenity floor offers a large skype-enabled conference area with a folding door to create two meeting rooms and a recreation space with a television, couches, pool table and pantry lounge. In addition to the amenity floor, ownership’s thoughtful upgrades include a new lobbyand coffee bar, activated outdoor areas and the implementation of 100 percent Green-e certified wind power, making the 85-year-old building energy efficient.

Prebuilts and Built-to-Suit Opportunities

Pre-built units at 30 Broad boast abundant natural light and high ceilings.Montroy Andersen DeMarco architects helped reimagine the building, catering to today’s office space users and what is driving decision making, bearing in mind the trend toward open, collaborative offices.
