Jessica Turko has joined Foley Hoag LLP as counsel in the Business Department, where she will focus on drafting and negotiating technology license, content license, advertising, services, distribution and vendor agreements for a variety of emerging company clients. She is resident in the firm’s New York office.

Turko also advises clients on contracts, data protection, copyright, trademark, right of publicity, employment, marketing and advertising laws. She has significant experience advising emerging companies on legal issues related to social media and user-generated content.

Prior to joining Foley Hoag, Turko was general counsel at Olapic, Inc. in New York. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University and a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School.
