Someck, Myers and Krup Bring Commercial Music Production Company to FiDi
Dennis Someck, Executive Managing Director/Principal, Justin Myers, Managing Director/Principal and Conor Krup, Associate, of Lee & Associates NYC have arranged a 7,176-square-foot lease for the entire 28th floor at 30 Broad Street for JSM Music. The acclaimed commercial music production company has produced numerous Super Bowl commercials and has collaborated with brands such as Budweiser, MasterCard, Kraft and Microsoft. JSM Music’s work has won Time Magazine Ad of the Year, Adweek Ad of the Year and Webby awards, as well as various Cannes Lions recognitions.
“This award-winning company needed a top-notch space to match their high-profile assignments,” explains Mr. Someck, who represented the tenant for the ten-year lease. “Formerly at 665 Broadway in NoHo, the new space is in a fully renovated building with updated lobby and elevators. In addition, FiDi has become a major center for media and production companies and serves as a major transportation hub as well.”
The landlord, Tribeca Associates, was represented by Andrew Peretz, Hal Stein, David Malawer and Daniel Appel of Newmark Knight Frank. JSM Music will take occupancy on September 1, 2018. The asking rent was $63 per square foot.
