Loucks, Esq., a professional malpractice, personal injury and general liability litigation attorney.
Prior to joining FKCS&R, Loucks was an attorney for two separate law firms in New York City; one where he defended product liability claims against automobile manufacturers and negligence claims against transportation companies, and the other where he represented professionals in malpractice actions and disciplinary proceedings, plus litigated construction accident and general liability claims.At FKCS&R Loucks will contribute to the firm’s appellate practice group, which includes company attorneys Marsha Weiss, Wayne Rubin and Ellen Fischer.

Loucks earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and a bachelor’s degree in English from the University at Albany State University of New York. He lives in Ellenville, New York, with his daughters.
