Someck, Myers and Krup Welcome the Post Production Studio to 15 West 26th Street
Dennis Someck, Executive Managing Director/Principal, Justin Myers, Managing Director/Principal and Conor Krup, Associate, of Lee & Associates NYC have arranged a 4,500-square-foot lease for the entire eighth floor at 15 West 26th Street for Velem. The full-service post production studio is a division of Milk Group that specializes in print, digital and film. Notable projects have included work for brands such as Supreme x Louis Vuitton, Brandon Maxwell, AG Jeans and Michael Kors as well as editorials for InStyle, Japanese Vogue, Interview Magazine and Vogue Arabia, to name a few.
“We were excited to help the Velem team find a larger space to accommodate their growing workload,” explains Mr. Someck, who represented the tenant for the seven-year lease. “Formerly at 450 West 15th Street in the Meatpacking District, the new space is in the heart of NoMad, a booming neighborhood for creative companies.”
The landlord, Mesa Realty Associates, was represented by Peter Liptrot of Bernstein Real Estate. Velem will take occupancy on May 1. The asking rent was $60 per square foot.
