In response to 2017’s increase in apartment sales brokered by its agents for buyers and sellers, comprising more than 65 percent, Bohemia Realty Group, the leading residential and commercial, sales and leasing brokerage in Upper Manhattan and the Bronx, has promoted three of its top talents to the newly formed Sales Management Division. Spearheaded by Beth Gittleman, Head of Sales and Development, the three brokers working with her in managing and mentoring the company’s 150-plus sales agents and brokers are Emily Ackerman, Brian Letendre and Daoud Heidami.
“Over the past year, the number of closed sales and listings at Bohemia have skyrocketed,” says Ms. Gittleman. “To support this wonderful momentum, we have established another level of support which will expand our excellent training initiatives, individual mentorship and company rank in the Manhattan sales force.”

Ms. Ackerman and Mr. Letendre have been with Bohemia since its 2012 launch. Mr. Heidami joined the firm in 2015, shortly after moving to New York from California.
