Savitt Partners Reps B2B E-commerce Platform in Relocation and Expansion of NYC Offices
In a transaction arranged by Savitt Partners, B2B procurement platform Negotiatus has inked a 4,139-square-foot lease at 260 West 39th Street. The rapidly growing purchasing solution that allows businesses to link all their vendor accounts and order all supplies in one place saving considerable time and money, will relocate its New York City headquarters to part of the 15th floor of the office tower owned operated by MJOrbach Associates. The asking rent was $48-per-square-foot.
Previously occupying 850 square feet of space at 122 West 26th Street, Negotiatus required additional space as the e-commerce business has grown. The 15th floor of 260 West 39th Street provided the company with great natural light and also allowed for its projected future growth.
The Savitt Partners team of Elliot Zelinger and Patrick Finn acted on behalf of Negotiatus in the lease negotiations. MJ Orbach Associates was represented in house by Michael Orbach.
