Steinberg, Schultz and Lopez bring new billiards bar to 96 North 5th Street
Garry Steinberg, Executive Managing Director, Jaime Schultz, Managing Director and Jeffrey Lopez, Associate, of Lee & Associates NYC have arranged a 3,300-square-foot lease at 96 North 5th Street, between Wythe Avenue and Berry Street in Williamsburg, for Berry & White Billiards, a new billiards bar. This will be the brand’s first location.
“The bar scene in Williamsburg is on fire right now,” explains Mr. Steinberg. “Customers of all ages will enjoy playing billiards and furthermore this location even includes a backyard, perfect for the upcoming spring and summer seasons.”
The space consists of 1,400 square feet on the ground level, 1,400 square feet on the lower level and a 500-square-foot backyard. Surrounding businesses include Whole Foods Market, Apple Williamsburg, Toby’s Estate Coffee and Sweet Chick.
The Lee NYC team represented both the tenant as well as the landlord, ZSR N5 LLC, for the 10-year lease. Berry & White Billiards will take occupancy in June 2018. The asking rent was $125 per square foot.
