Cushman & Wakefield today announced that it has been retained on an exclusive basis to arrange for the sale of two prime office/flex buildings located in Woodbury, New York. The firm is currently taking offers for both properties.

A Cushman & Wakefield team of Vice Chairman Thomas A. Donovan and Directors Benjamin Efraimov and Tommy Lin will be leading the marketing efforts on behalf of the seller.
