Evan Lieberman, Senior Director, HSP Real Estate Group, a member of NAI Global, has arranged a lease for Lambert, Edwards & Associates, a Michigan-based public relations firm, at 450 Seventh Avenue, between 34th and 35th Streets. It represents the first New York location for the award-winning firm, which also provides services in investor relations, public affairs, business consulting and digital strategies to a diverse range of industries, including automobiles, health care and education.
“Lambert, Edwards & Associates is a group with an international client base, so it was incumbent upon us to focus only on the most central locations in Manhattan,” says Mr. Lieberman. “The building’s 24/7 access and phenomenal accessibility to public transportation automatically offers tremendous advantages.”
Working with Mr. Lieberman on the transaction was Michael Dylan of Inceptum, Inc.The landlord, Kaufman Organization, was represented in-house by Sam Stein. The lease term is seven years and asking rent was $62-per-square foot. The tenant is expected to move into its New York offices in spring 2018.
