Will Andersen
Berkeley Point Capital is pleased to announce the addition of Will Andersen as Director, Production in the Firm’s New York office. Will’s focus will be on expanding BPC’s affordable team, working on GSE and FHA programs.
“Mr. Andersen brings a unique set of qualifications to our team as our Firm experiences a new level of expansion and opportunities under the Newmark umbrella,” said Eric Keifer, Senior Managing Director for BPC’s FHA, Affordable and Seniors teams. “Working with our partners at NKF Capital Markets and ARA, we are rapidly expanding our capabilities and offerings, particularly within our affordable practice. Mr. Andersen will play an integral role in this growth.”
Previously, Will was the Director of Production and Credit Strategies at Hunt Mortgage Group, LLC where he served as the product specialist for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac’s commercial real estate lending products across the affordable, SBL, and conventional platforms. Prior to that, he was with the Citigroup Market and Securities Division where he worked with Public Finance and Citi Community Capital to develop retail distribution capabilities for private placement bonds secured by affordable housing.
Will received a BA in Economics from Hamilton College
