Halstead, a leading residential real estate management and brokerage firm in the New York metropolitan area, today announced that Leslie Bogen Winkler, longtime senior Executive Vice President has been appointed President of Halstead Management Company.

Leslie brings more than 40 years of residential property management experience during which she has overseen companies managing a wide range of buildings including rentals, luxury condominiums and cooperatives. Leslie most recently served as Executive Vice President of Halstead Management Company, which manages approximately 20,000 units within 200 buildings throughout New York City. Previously, Leslie served as head of Penmark Realty Management which merged into Halstead Management eight years ago, and as President of Bellmarc Management Company. Leslie holds a BS, MA and MBA from New York University.
