Aircastle Limited (NYSE: AYR) announced today the pricing of a public offering of 7,887,029 common shares by Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, at $21.50 per share. Aircastle will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares by the Selling Shareholder. The offering is expected to close on May 18, 2018, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. are acting as underwriters for the offering.
