On Wednesday, May 16^th, Terra CRG and its president and CEO, Ofer Cohen, hosted its 8^th Annual Only Brooklyn Real Estate Conference at the Brooklyn Academy of Music. Over 600 real estate professionals attended the day-long event, with panels ranging from the new face of office development to the Gowanus submarket, and so much more. Guest speakers included MaryAnne Gilmartin, Jed Walentas, Doug Steiner, Toby Moskovits, Jason Muss, Paris Forino and Jonathan Mechanic. The after party was held at Hub, Steiner NYC’s rental residences.
