The penthouse at 230 Fifth Avenue was the scene of the latest successful REDinNYC event held on Thursday evening May 30^th. Over 500 real estate professionals gathered to hear the “Fireside Chat” conducted by Joe Berko, founder and president of Berko & Associates.

The interview guest of the evening was Kent M. Swig, president of Swig Equities. A captivated audience heard Kent speak of the portfolio of companies under the Swig Equities banner, including legendary Helmsley Spear. Swig is also co chairman of Terra Holdings, owner of both Brown Harris Stevens and Halstead Property, two of New York City’s most successful and esteemed residential brokerage firms.

A great feature of every REDinNYC event is for the audience to then meet one on one with the guest speaker and that was certainly a highlight of the May 30^th event, with Kent Swig generously sharing his time with both experienced real estate pros and those new to the industry.
