Ponte Gadea Inks Three New Leases at 366 Madison Avenue

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate firm has arranged two new leases at 366 Madison Avenue, a 16-story, 100,110 rentable-square-foot building in Midtown Manhattan on behalf of landlord, Ponte Gadea. Additionally, retailer Jos. A Bank also signed a lease renewal in the property’s retail component.

The first lease was arranged for real estate investment firm, L3C Capital Partners. The firm will be occupying the entire 5,952-square-foot, 16th-floor penthouse for its headquarters. The space benefits from a private elevator and terrace. A Cushman & Wakefield brokerage team consisting ofVice Chairman James Frederick, Executive Director Stephen Bellwood and Senior Associate Gordon Houghof Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Ponte Gadea, in the transaction.

The Frederick, Bellwood and Hough team also represented the landlord in a long-term lease arranged for law firm Ortoli Rosenstadt LLP.Managing Director, Diego Rodino di Miglione of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. The firm will occupy the building’s 6,851-square-foot third floor for their headquarters. The space offers a turn-key opportunity, renovated lobby and concierge desk, and the potential for 14 offices.

Menswear retailer Jos. A Bank renewed its lease at 366 Madison Avenue on the building’s ground, 2nd and basement floors, solidifying the retailer’s long-term commitment to the building.
