Siaw Ching Lee and Joshua Hess Join Womble Bond Dickinson

Two experienced transactional lawyers have joined Womble Bond Dickinson’s Northern Virginia office.

Siaw Ching Lee joined Womble Bond Dickinson as a senior associate from Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York. At her previous firm, Lee primarilyguided banks and other financial institutions in mergers and acquisitions, stock and asset purchases and other complex commercial transactions.In addition, she advisedthese clients in a wide range of federal and state regulatory matters, including compliance with Federal Reserve, FDIC and OCC regulations.

Also joining the Womble Bond Dickinson Northern Virginia office is Joshua Hess. Hess is currently a senior associate based in the firm’s Atlanta office. He advises public and private companies and private equity funds at all stages of the deal process. He has led or been a key member of project and deal teams spanning numerous industry sectors and time zones.
