JLL to serve as exclusive leasing agent for the brand-new, 60,280-square-foot Class A office building

JLL was selected by building owner Robert Sadian as exclusive leasing agent for The Harp, 805 Northern Boulevard, in Great Neck, N.Y. The firm will provide a full range of leasing and marketing services for the Class A, 60,280-square-foot office building.

The leasing assignment will be overseen by Kyle Crennan, senior vice president, and Raymond Ruiz, executive vice president and head of JLL’s Long Island office.

“The Harp is the first high-end speculative office building constructed on Long Island in the past 10 years,” said Crennan. “This is a tremendous opportunity for a corporation to occupy a premier asset nestled along the Northern Boulevard corridor.”

Construction on the four-story building, which was designed by Guilor Architects, will be completed in July. The office building totals 60,280 square feet, with 3,962 square feet of retail or medical space available on the ground floor, 18,838 square feet of office or medical space on the first floor, and 18,740 square feet of office and medical space on the second and third floors.

The brand-new building includes a 60-foot glass atrium with an abundance of natural light, covered parking, efficient floorplates, floor-to-ceiling windows and prominent signage.
