Gerald Stein Joins Norton Rose Fulbright in New York

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has added experienced senior counsel Gerald Stein to its highly-regarded antitrust team in New York. He represents major corporations in a full array of antitrust matters, including counselling, litigation and government investigations.

Gerald's career as an antitrust litigator, combined with his recent work in the Bureau of Competition (Northeast Region) at the Federal Trade Commission, enables him to provide clients with extensive antitrust experience in a wide range of matters, including state and federal litigation, class action and multidistrict litigation as well as government investigations and enforcement proceedings involving mergers and acquisitions and alleged anticompetitive conduct in a wide variety of industries.

Gerald is also an enthusiastic thought leader and is a sought-after panelist. He regularly speaks on a variety of topics involving antitrust law and litigation skills for such organizations as the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Association of Corporate Counsel, the International In-house Counsel Journal, the Practising Law Institute and various law schools.

Admitted to practice in New York, Gerald earned his JD, cum laude, from Pace University School of Law and his BA from Tufts University.
