Rachel A. Ramsay-Lowe, associate in the Workers' Compensation Department in the Roseland office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, has been selected to The Network Journal's 2018 List of "40 Under Forty" Dynamic Achievers.

The Network Journal (TNJ) is a quarterly publication focused on Black professionals, executives and small business owners. Each year TNJ recognizes outstanding young African-Americans who are “reaching for higher goals” in their careers while remaining committed to their community’s development.

Ms. Ramsay-Lowe devotes the entirety of her practice to workers' compensation law. Her clients include insured entities such as national department stores, retail chains and various other employers. Over the course of her career she served as an Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn, one of the largest and busiest prosecutor’s offices in the country. During her three-year tenure there, Ms. Ramsay-Lowe successfully prosecuted hundreds of cases in the Crimes Against Children Bureau.

Admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York, she is a member of the Justice James H. Coleman Jr. New Jersey Workers' Compensation American Inn of Court, Essex/Union chapter. She is a graduate of Stetson University and the Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
