TPG Specialty Lending Announces Public Reopening of Unsecured Convertible Notes

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TPG Specialty Lending, Inc. (NYSE: TSLX) announced today that it has launched a public offering of its 4.50% Convertible Notes due 2022 (the “Notes”). The Notes will have identical terms, be fungible with and be a part of a single series with the outstanding $115 million aggregate principal amount of the Company’s 4.50% Convertible Notes due 2022 issued in February 2017 in a private offering. TSLX also plans to grant the underwriters for the offering an option to purchase additional Notes to cover over-allotments, if any. The offering will be made pursuant to a registration statement, which has been filed with, and declared effective by, the Securities and Exchange Commission. The completion of the proposed offering depends upon several factors, including market and other conditions.
