HUDSON’s Amie Segel brokers 4,606sf facility for international fitness brand

Amie R. Segel of HUDSON has arranged a 4,606-square-foot fitness facility for international fitness brand F45 Trainingat 55 Prospect Street in DUMBO Heights. Located between Pearl and Adam Streets, the cutting-edge work-out franchise brand has taken a 10-year lease for 664 square feet at ground level with 3,942 square feet of lower level space. Neighboring retail businesses in the 10-story, 255,000-square-foot renovated office building include Bluestone Lane, Shadowbox, and Yoga Vida.

The DUMBO Heights lease represents the second Brooklyn location for the fitness group, which already has an active studio in Williamsburg. The rapidly expanding franchise company will soon have eight New York City work-out centers, including two opening in Flatiron and on the Upper West Side.

Representing the landlord, 55 Prospect Owner LLC, was Harrison Abramowitz of Newmark, Knight, Frank.
