The Committee will seek opportunities to better serve the New York commercial real estate asset management community through education, information and networking.

The Asset Management Committee

The goal of the Asset Management Committee is to enhance asset value by connecting property and asset managers through education and networking. The Committee will provide a forum to discuss topics and issues related to commercial real estate asset management. The Committee oversees the development of programs and services for asset managers and information for property managers and others who need to better understand the asset management function within commercial real estate.

“We realized that the asset management role in commercial real estate was presenting itself on a large scale and there is a shift in the responsibilities of our members in property management,” said BOMA New York President Ron Zeccardi. “As such, we wanted to appeal to all our members, emerging leaders and seasoned property management professionals, to provide a better understanding of the role asset management plays and offer the necessary tools and information to succeed in that realm. I encourage all interested commercial real estate professionals to join us in this endeavor.”
