Opening of State-of-the-Art Storefront for 100 Agents is Expected Late 2018

Douglas Elliman, the largest residential brokerage in the New York metropolitan area and the third largest in the United States, announced today its expansion into New Hyde Park with the execution of a lease for a new retail location, which will bring its total number of offices on Long Island to 27. Located at 1700 Lakeville Road, the 3,500-square-foot, state-of-the-art space will hold more than 50 desks, leaving room for as many as 100 agents, ultimately bringing Douglas Elliman’s total number of Long Island agents to nearly 2,000. Currently undergoing a complete renovation, the new location is scheduled to open in late 2018. Douglas Elliman also plans to open new Long Island offices in the towns of Sea Cliff, Rockville Center and Cutchogue.
