Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP acted as counsel to Extell Development Company in connection with its US$530 million mortgage and mezzanine financing for Brooklyn Point, a 68-story residential tower in Downtown Brooklyn. The Kohn Pedersen Fox designed condominium tower is located at 138 Willoughby Street and includes luxury apartments and more than 40,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. It will be the first for-sale residential property at City Point, the largest food, shopping, and entertainment destination in Brooklyn.
