Masterpiece International has appointed Susan Erfesoglou to Vice President of Operations. She will take over in the new role on August 1st, in a continued effort by Masterpiece to grow and develop its senior management team.

"The VP of Operations will facilitate the flow of information between management and operations," said Mr. Gilgen, "It is critical that Masterpiece has someone who understands the industries we serve, but also our operations and how we can continue to improve internally." He continued, "Susan has been with Masterpiece since early in the company's history and has seen how it has grown – we're priming for the next steps."

Susan Erfesoglou has been a leader at Masterpiece International for over 17 years, including roles as Houston Branch Manager, Compliance Team Leader, and VP of Internal Operations. She has been a key role player in the implementation of a number of internal systems, processes, and policies spanning strategic and organizational planning, financial management, and operational efficiency.

In her newest role as VP of Operations, she will be responsible for ensuring each of the company's 16 branches are operating smoothly, efficiently, and at Masterpiece's high standard of customer service. The primary goal of the role will be engaging with local branch management in strategies to facilitate operational and procedural efficiencies in efforts to continuously improve customer service and overall experience for each of Masterpiece's divisions. She will also work closely with senior management to ensure effective execution of growth strategies set for the future.

Ms. Erfesoglou will be based out of Houston, Texas and report directly to the Masterpiece International President, Thomas Gilgen.
