DLA Piper is pleased to announce that Law360 has named Evan Parness to its 2018 list of Rising Star attorneys. This year, 168 attorneys under the age of 40  were chosen for their legal accomplishments that "transcend their age” from more than 1,200 submissions. 

Parness, an Employment partner in the firm's New York office, was noted for his successes in a "variety of complex employment disputes" – including recently persuading an “Eleventh Circuit panel to wipe out an injunction blocking a former executive for a national health care company from joining a competitor.”
