(OTCQB: DCTH), an interventional oncology company focused on the treatment of primary and metastatic liver cancers, reminds its shareholders of the initial expiration, on Monday August 27, 2018, of the subscription period for its previously announced rights offering that began on Tuesday, August 7, 2018. The Company also reminds holders of rights that most broker/dealers require clients to place orders in advance of the official expiration date of August 27, 2018 so that holders of rights should confirm with their broker/dealers directly in order to enable timely participation.
